RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your order is delivered to your address to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is received, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns are accepted as long as the item meets our eligibility requirements, including being unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be processed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds  
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued for items that meet our return eligibility requirements, including being unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
