Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these types of purchases.


Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

Your payment method will be stored securely and automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at alodigroup@gmail.com.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, any changes or cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, certain products may be offered as pre-orders. These are items that are not currently in stock but are expected to be available soon.

By placing a pre-order, you agree that your order will be fulfilled once the product becomes available.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been shipped.

Once a pre-order has been processed and shipped, it will be subject to our standard Refund Policy.
